The foodie in me rises again and maybe the days ahead will see me posting more about food and dishes and my latest culinary experiences.

The Filet Mignon was actually an accidental selection on the menu from the local take-away but turned out to be one delectable piece. The dish was done in Chinese style with Pak-Choi (which is the Chinese cabbage) and button mushrooms on a bed of sticky rice. Served hot with ice cold Coke laced with Bacardi, this one went down just fine.
