There is something about pork chops that I find very delectable – maybe it’s just the texture of the meat or perhaps the fact that you can never find trustworthy chops back home which makes it kind of imperative to try and relish when I am travelling.

Honey glazed chops is perhaps one of the simplest recipes around. Easily prepared and easily cooked, all it requires is some honey, ginger & garlic paste, some mustard, cinnamon, salt and pepper to taste and any seasonings that you prefer having.

I have a simple recipe to it. It begins by preparing a paste with spices and honey. Coat the chops, let them soak for a while. Heat a skillet, get some oil in and cook the chops evenly until brown on both sides. Make yourself a drink while you are at the skillet. Get someone else to cut and chop some salad. (I like a side of steamed and stir fried French beans with it). Once the chops are done, drop everything on a plate. A glass of sweet Marsala is recommended.

Enjoy !!!
