Perhaps it isn’t such a good idea to follow one Mackerel post after the other but I guess it wasn’t such a bad idea to finish my pack of Mackerels with this another simple but delicious recipe.

# Rub some salted butter, garlic paste and lime juice on the fish and grill it.
# Throw in a handful of red onions over hot oil in a pan, a few jalapenos, some salt and mustard seeds.
# Stir fry the mix till onions turn a little brown.
# Add tomatoes to the mix and cooked till tomatoes smear the onions into a nice tangy paste.
# Lay the fish on the plate and drop the onion mix hot from the pan over the fish.
# Garnish with lime juice.
