I am the hand that torched your wings Burnt them down to cinders & made you a mortal I shall not be forgiven But then, to this sin Let me hold you close O’ angel And sin again Till the time This Earth can hold us no longer And we plunge down Into a hell of our own Be consumed By that infinite abyss of fire And in that passionate embrace Let my smoke mingle with your ash
